In a medium-size bowl place the pressed and cubed tofu. Then put all your marinade ingredients in a bag add the tofu and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add in all of the other marinade ingredients and toss to thoroughly combine.

Lime juice sesame oil sambal ground turmeric ginger syrup. Drain the tofu and then add to the flour tossing so its coated on every side. In the photos above I doubled the recipe so I used a 9 x 13 inch dish but for one batch you will need a smaller dish such.

Place the sliced tofu into the marinade put the lid on the Tupperware and allow it to sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes flipping the tofu over half way through if possible.
